Geography that studies, analyses, interprets the natural phenomena and humanizes surface of the earth. The objective of this work is to value the teaching contribution of Geography in the resolution of environment problems. The research was realized second the following methods: Biographic; documental, direct observation; cartographic; and qualitative; and the used technique to collect the data was the interview. the area of study, there was verified the deficiency in area of solid waste management that contribute the atmospherically pollution, soil pollution and erosion provocated by water of rain. It was conclude that in geography subject the related content which environmental education are approached minor frequency.
